Shipping Policy

ORDER INFORMATION

Boundless Fashion wants ALL of its customers to receive their orders in a correct and timely manner. Please provide the correct shipping information for every purchase so that we can better serve you. Although we will work with every customer to make sure shipping information is correct, boundless Fashion is not responsible for any orders that are not received if provided information is incorrect.

PROCESSING

Please allow up to an estimated 2-3 days for order processing with some variation during holiday seasons. Order processing is separate from shipping estimates. Tracking information will be provided when orders are shipped. Cost of shipping is non-refundable and is the responsibility of the customer if a return is made.

SHIPPING

Boundless Fashion may use different shipping services for each order as to ensure that customers are getting the best prices on shipping. Shipping cost will be based on the weight of orders, therefore larger orders may have higher shipping costs than smaller orders. 

Estimated shipping times will be provided at the point of check out and again once orders have been shipped. Shipping times at the point of check out are estimates and may change. 

Please contact us if a order is stated as delivered by the mailing service but no physical delivery has been made. Boundless Fashion will work with every customer and the mailing service in order to complete your order. 

Boundless Fashion is not responsible for any orders once it has been stated as delivered. 

If fraudulent activity is suspected from a customer at any point, boundless fashion reserves the right to refuse or cancel any current or future orders.
