Return/Refund Policy

RETURNS

- All items must be returned within 20 days of the customers receiving their order.

- All items must be returned in the condition that they were received (unworn) with any tags attached.

- There is a final sale policy on all bodysuits, jewelry, swimwear, and all sale items.

Please note that before any returns/refunds can be made customers must email us at: info@boundless-fashion.com. This email should include:

- Reason for return 

- Pictures of any damages (if applicable)

- Order information (Order number, name, and contact information)

EXCHANGES

Boundless Fashion does not offer any exchanges. If a customer wishes to exchange a item they must follow the return and refund guidelines, then proceed to repurchase the item. Repurchasing a item does not waiver any new sale taxes or shipping costs. 

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)  
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Allow up to 7 days for refunds to post. If after 7 days you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at: info@boundless-fashion.com.

SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning a item we advise you to use a trackable shipping service (USPS, UPS), or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
